particularly helpful staff, cool location and brand-new room. and it also had epic view. the attached restaurant was great with lots of meals in the menu. pool was heated and beds were quiet. furthermore, the parking was outside and convenient. newly decorated place to stay.

The hotel staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and were accommodating throughout our stay. The pool was a great place to relax, and we appreciated the comfortable lounge chairs. The hotel's shuttle service to nearby attractions was helpful. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and bottled water in the room.
The hotel's restaurant prices were exorbitant, so we chose not to dine there. Additionally, the room smelled strange, and we did not like the scent that was present throughout the hotel.

The breakfast was okay and the location was good - close to many attractions. Plus, they had a cool pool area where I enjoyed lounging. The staff were nice, especially the housekeeping employees who came daily.
I was shocked that they didn't have free parking and had to pay a hefty price for it. It was also very loud at night - had to wear earplugs to sleep.

25 minutes by car from the airport. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like fullhouse cafe that was only 10 minutes' walk away. we liked our time here. 4-star hotel in chandler.
